FAQ

Q: Is your size run large/small/accurate?

A: Please check the the detailed size measurements in product details. For print shirts, it is suggested to choose the size you usually wear, for linen fabric shirts, as the shirts may shrink a little after wash, we will suggest you choose one size larger. 

 

Q: What currency are prices showed?

A: You can switch between USD, CAD and GBP. But order can only be paid with USD.

 

Q: Where are the products shipped from?

A: We have warehouses locates in United States, England, Vietnam, China. Most shirts will be shipped out from our Asia warhouse.

 

Q: What is the delivery time?

Delivery Time=Order Preparing Time+Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days of shipping time, for remote areas, it may take up to 20 business days of shipping time.

Please Note : Due to COVID-19, we have closed the Express Shipping Service due to longer delivery time. And the delivery time of Postal Shipping is also affected and will be delayed for about a week, sorry for the inconvenience casued.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order with no penalty up to 24 hours after placing order.

 For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.

 

Q: I have mistakenly entered the wrong/incorrect address

A:  Please simply reply to your order confirmation email or send us an email to cs@garamode.com, we will manually modify it for you. 

 If the order is shipped out, the address can not be modified. Please keep tracking the order, after the parcel reaches local post office, please contact them to change the delivery address.

 

Q: I ordered multiple items but got only one. Where are the other ones?

A: The processing time for different items is different. In order to let you get some items earlier, the order may be divided into 2-3 parcels( no extra shipping charge) and multiple tracking information will be updated to your email address.

 

Q: I placed an order already, but choosed the wrong size accidentally.

A: Please contact us by email(cs@garamode.com) or online chat to have it exchanged. But the order is shipped out, the size can not be changed. After you receive the parcel, please contact us for an exchange.

 

Q: The Item I received is damaged or defective. How can I return?

A: Please send us an email service@garamode.com with pictures (high quality) of the demange or defect with your order number. We will follow up your case.

 

Q: I keep checking my tracking status and my order isn't moving! What‘s going on?

A: The parcel maybe in customs clearance procedure, it will cost 1-3 days.

  

Q: Is it secure to shop?

A: We only collect order information. We do not have authorization to collect Credit Card data and other sensitive data. Please check more privacy policy here
